I was reading the John Hall blog site and they have a report from RL Brown about the housing market on the Phoenix Metro area.  It's good news, something that we haven't had much of lately.  RL Brown is seen by many as the premier source for housing market data in the Phoenix area.  I would recommend reading the blog over at the John Hall site, it's worth it.
