To promote water conservation, Chandler has put several programs together not only for the Residents themsleves, but also for the Home Owner Associations (HOA's).  This program is for those individuals or HOA's who want install low water use for landscaping and automatic irrigation controls.

This seems like a great program...alot of homeowners in Arizona vacation elsewhere and yet some Arizonians have second homes elsewhere too.  A program like this would help cut the cost and make sure your landscape is getting the water they need.
