I'm an early riser in the morning, it's usually my time before the kids get up and want attention.  Summer break is the hardest on me and yet it shouldn't be, this is when I have to learn to set the daily task items aside and hang out with my two children...it's only a matter of time when mom and dad doesn't exist.  I hope that doesn't ever happen, I have to say as parents we're fun to hang with...

Anyways my early morning consists of riding a stationary bike and watching the news. 

This morning on CNN, they unveiled a development that will be incredible.  As always this development will be in Dubai (I love watching the travel channel and discovery channel on Dubai).  Dubai plans to build a revolutionary 420-meter shape lifting skyscraper.

I always wonder how architects have "visions" and then they develop that vision.

This skyscraper will be an 80-story tower and described as the "worlds first building in motion."

Now as I'm riding, I'm thinking this isn't going to be cheap...how much????  Apartments will go for around $3000 per square foot - estimating the price range to be from $4 million to $40 million.  WOW!
