I have to say, what a cool idea.  This is one of the reasons why I just Love Chandler, Arizona.  Earlier on in the year, I wrote a blog about Chandler being named one the 100 Best Communities for Young People.  The Day of Play is a celebration of Chandler being named one of the top communities by the America'a Promise Alliance for the third time.  Pretty Cool huh?!

My kids are excited, this is a day of many activities...The Chandler Challenge, a 5km-10km walk or run for the whole family, informational booths, games, bouncies and so much more.

This event will take place at Tumbleweed Park (where the Ostrich Festival is) cross streets McQueen and Germann Road.  Time 9am-1pm.  The best part of this event being held at Tumbleweed Park is Playtopia.

What a fun place for your kids to play.  My children love the theme's to Playtopia, it's just one big sand toy box with swings, benches, picnic tables and so much more.
