Ever wonder how home sales are doing on a month to month basis, or how many foreclosures are on the market along with how many have sold?

Your answers are right on our new website. We've added two new tabs to our menu, Arizona Home Sales Statistics and Maricopa Foreclosure Statistics. You can now visit our site and see interactive graphs which show you the market trends from 2002 to present. These graphs are updated as John Hall & Associates gets the information. If you prefer just seeing the numbers rather than a graph you can click on the DATA link and see raw numbers. I thank Phil Sexton at John Hall & Associates for keeping these graphs updated.

The Arizona Home Sales Statistics graph is pretty straight forward. You can run your cursor over graph lines and see how many homes sold in which month since 2002. We always hear in the news how bad the market is, these graphs will let you see the numbers in Arizona and let you decide how the market trend is doing.

The Maricopa Foreclosure Statistics graph may be a bit more confusing, but once you take a look at it I think that you will understand what it is showing you. This graph shows you three colored lines each showing a different number during a particular timeline.

• Blue – Notices that home owners have received that are going to be foreclosed in that timeline.
• Red – Foreclosures that have been sold during that timeline.
• Orange – Pending foreclosures in that timeline.

Using the interactive graphs is simple, just run your cursor along the graph to see the information at any particular time that you are interested in seeing. The tabs for these pages is not on the Home screen, you need only to click on any of the links along the top under the pictures to see the menu along the left side of the screen to see the tabs….click on Our Blog and you will see the tabs.
