Phoenix Area Real Estate Market by Jim Sexton
Jim Sexton, our broker, wrote a great article that is very much worth reading. The Arizona Republic and many other media sources constantly tell us that the housing market is horrible and that there isn't much hope for some time. I strongly agree!
Jim shared his take on the market at the Tempe office today. He packed the house! I think agents are looking for extra ways to combat the negative press this week.
