Now, I thought I have seen it all…over the last week or two, the news has been reporting on what it takes to sell your house in this market. There have been some catchy ideas and some crazy ideas, from hiring a church Pastor to bless their house to hiring someone to chant and get rid of the bad vibes within the house. At the beginning of the year, I wrote a blog about a gentleman from the east who offered his life insurance policy with the sale of his house. So now I can add that to the long list of ideas on selling your house. J

In today's Real Estate news, this one takes the cake…."Honolulu – Wanted: Real Estate Buyer. Reward: $100,000.00"

The article talks about this couple who have two very high-end properties in Kailua, Hawaii. I found it creative with the fact that she dubbed this as a "bounty," therefore she has the whole world as her army of bounty hunters looking for her buyer. There is a catch; the Bounty Hunter must register with the couple before submitting their potential buyers.

Read it, I have to say this article caught my eye…after all it's about Hawaii, my all time favorite travel spot. J
