Everyone loves good news…in the Real Estate Market, good news is far and few between. Now, I hate to say that but with the National trend of Real Estate being so negative I never hear positive news.

Reading an article in Realtor magazine / Realtor.org ….the article I thought was worth passing on is "Business Picks up Where Prices have tumbled." Positive news is a must in this industry!

"The housing market in deflated markets like – Arizona, California, Florida and Nebraska are beginning to show signs of a rebound, sales are picking up where the prices are deflated. The best part of this is prices have fallen to the point that those making an average salary can now afford to buy once again."

Great article it gives us hope especially in today's economy.
