The housing market has been difficult throughout the US, some cities more than others. Phoenix, not so much…we are selling houses, now I know that is not the story throughout a lot of other communities. Buyers are coming out of the wood works to capture the $8000 tax credit that expires Nov 30, 2009.

This is the article published by Inman News regarding extending the Tax Credit into June of 2010. Read it…it's interesting and hopeful, I know this will be hopeful for my clients that have put multiple offers down on homes, with all hope of getting one but not getting any of them.
