Wow…It's that time of year Christmas has come and gone and another New Year approaches!

So, what, where, when, why, and how are you planning on removing your Christmas tree?

Have you ever heard of a Drop of Box? Drop off boxes are places where you can drive and dispose of your tree. Drop off boxes are at various locations from December 26 through January 17…

• Arrowhead Meadows Park - 1475 West Erie Street
• Shawnee Park - 1400 West Mesquite Street
• Pima Park - 625 North McQueen Road
• Folley Park - 601 East Frye Road
• Chuparosa Park - 2400 South Dobson Road
• Snedigar Sportsplex - 4500 South Basha Road
• Tumbleweed Park - 2250 South McQueen Road
• Solid Waste Transfer Facility - 955 East Queen Creek Road

If that isn't convenient for you, trees can also be collected separately on your recycling collection day, from December 26 – January 15. You can also schedule a FREE curbside bulk collection 480-782-3510. FYI – trees must be at the edge of the driveway by 6am.

And for all the "Green" individuals, if you planted your Christmas tree, they can be donated by dropping them off at the City's Community Center.
